自由黄金第二季产能大幅提升 Pani金矿全力推进全年增长
 

香港, 2026年8月28日 - (亚太商讯) - 2026年8月27日,Pani金矿的拥有人及营运商自由黄金资源股份有限公司*(“自由黄金”或“公司”;印尼证券交易所:EMAS;香港联交所:6228)公布,受惠于旗下Pani金矿产能逐步提升,公司收益有所增长,除利息、税项、折旧及摊销前溢利(EBITDA)亦扭亏为盈,上半年财务表现显著改善。

Pani 金矿的采矿、堆浸及黄金销售规模持续扩大,黄金销售量随之上升,带动公司2026年第二季收益由首季的260万美元增长至2,820万美元。

随着Pani金矿开始录得实质黄金销售收益,自由黄金2026年上半年收益达3,090万美元,去年同期仅为83,786美元。

2026年第二季黄金产量按季攀升逾八倍至15,594盎司,推动上半年总产量达17,412盎司。黄金销量亦由首季的516盎司,大幅增至第二季的6,439盎司。

强劲的销售表现带动自由黄金营运效益提升,2026年上半年毛利率达44%,EBITDA录得1,700万美元。

自由黄金董事会主席Boyke P. Abidin先生表示:“自由黄金上半年的业绩显示,Pani金矿已开始为公司财务带来实质贡献。第二季堆浸作业扩充迅速,带动开采量、堆浸量与回收率同步提升,预期2026年下半年的产量实现显著增长。公司将继续致力改善生产与营运效益,并审慎推进下一阶段发展。”

除短期扩产外,自由黄金亦正开发炭浸法项目,从而推动Pani金矿下一阶段发展。炭浸槽及预浸浓缩设备底垫已于6月底竣工,整个炭浸法(CIL)厂房的基础工程预期于 2026 年 12 月底完成。相关设施预期于2028年正式投产,进一步推动Pani金矿长期产量增长。

凭借Pani金矿的收益贡献,加上EBITDA成功转亏为盈,自由黄金以强劲营运势头迈入2026年下半年。受惠于开采量、堆浸量与回收率持续提升,下半年产销量将实现大幅增长。与此同时,炭浸法项目稳步推进,亦将为Pani金矿下一阶段发展奠下坚实基础。
